What materials are used in Jamila jewellery?

Our jewellery is crafted using both silver and gold bases, finished with 18K gold plating & PVD plating. This combination ensures each piece has a luxurious shine, lasting quality, and the signature elegance of Jamila.

Is Jamila jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. We use high-quality metals that are gentle on the skin. Our gold vermeil pieces are suitable for sensitive skin, ensuring you can wear them comfortably every day.

How do I care for my gold plated pieces?

Preserve the beauty of your jewellery by keeping it away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or storing it with other metals. Always store in its Jamila pouch or box and lightly clean with a soft cloth.

Are the stones and embellishments genuine?

All stones and embellishments are carefully selected for beauty and quality. While some are natural or semi-precious, all are chosen to complement our designs perfectly.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic (Australia): Typically 3–7 business days.
International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Adelaide, Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return or exchange policy?

At Jamila, your happiness matters. If your item and packaging is unworn and in its original condition, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Custom or engraved pieces are final, as they are uniquely made for you. Please see our Returns Policy for more details
