These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website jamilajewellery.com (“Website”) and any purchase of products from Jamila – Arabian Jewellery Pty Ltd (“Jamila Jewellery,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
A. All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Jamila Jewellery.
B. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
C. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched.
2. Pricing and Payment
A. Prices listed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for domestic orders.
B. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop.
C. Jamila Jewellery uses secure payment processing through Shopify Payments or other authorised gateways.
3. Shipping and Delivery
A. Products are shipped from Adelaide, Australia, to domestic and international customers.
B. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
C. Estimated delivery times: Domestic (Australia) 3–7 business days; International 7–21 business days, subject to customs and carrier processing.
D. Jamila Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
4. Returns and Exchanges
A. At Jamila Jewellery, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Unworn items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
B. Custom or engraved pieces are final and cannot be returned.

5. Product Information
A. We make every effort to display product details and images accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur due to lighting, screen display, or the handmade nature of some products.
B. All Jamila Jewellery products are plated with 2.5 microns of 18k gold (PVD) or crafted with silver/gold base metals.
6. Custom and Personalised Orders
A. Custom Jamila pieces are a personal experience. To begin, contact us with your design ideas, and our team will guide you through every step.
B. All personalised pieces are gold plated with Jamila’s special specification and may feature stones or gems of your choice.
C. The creation process typically takes 8–12 weeks depending on complexity and materials.
7. Intellectual Property
A. All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Jamila Jewellery or used with permission.
B. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
A. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamila Jewellery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or purchase of products.
B. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or damage caused by shipping delays, product defects, or misrepresentation of products.

A. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law
A. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
