Where we ship from:
All Jamila jewellery is shipped from Adelaide, Australia, to customers worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. All orders are packaged with care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Domestic (Australia): GST is included in all orders.
  • International: Local taxes and duties are not included and may be charged upon delivery.
